Our 4ever DLX does not have an extension rack to remove the buckle so keep that in mind

Can it be used in this mode if there are no latch anchors in car? In that case seems like chair will fly forward, pushing its own weight against child into the seat belt. Is that OK?

You should move the camera bc I cannot see what you are doing from the side. My buckle does not come out that easy and we have the same car seat.
