"The 1989 World Tour" is just the name of the tour. This performance happened in 2015, as it is stated in the description and on the video itself (0:13).

Why is that the name? Taylor named her fifth studio album, "1989", after her year of birth, therefore, that was the name given to her forth headlining tour, in support of this album. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

im 32 now but i grew up listening to Avril songs and Complicated was my song wen i was in High School "sight" good Memories if u are 17 and reading this message pls live u life and enjoy you senior years cuse time go really really fast and if u complain about waking up every morning to get to the School Buss just wait wen u get my age there is no time to get enough sleep cuse u need to go to work every day and do a lot of adult stuff but i enjoyed my senior years so i cant complain... cheers everyone :)
