Oro's Cheap Flicker Strike Slayer (3.25 Ready)

Best version of flicker strike duelist build with Oros sacrifice sword on a cheap budget. Can easily farm end game maps in less than 20 divines. Decently tanky and is possibly viable for hardcore and solo self found by following this guide.

What has changed in 3.23?
DPS down from 18M to 16.5M (minor nerf). Lab enchants removed. Kaom's Spirit got slight nerf. Still works quite the same.

What has changed in 3.24?
Automation and Call to Arms gems added

What will change in 3.25?
Grace nerf, but will be substituted across base items automatically.
Ancestral Totem removed

Finally Updated for 3.25. Was the hardest build to update. But now much better. Subscribe to stay on the updates in my description. And please watch the guides for understanding the basics (or get baited, just kiddin..).
3.23 Build update: Use Outraged Tincture (chance to gain Rage when you hit a rare or unique enemy) for better rage sustain at single target. Berserk is officially dead, so DONT USE IT.

I got stupidly lucky crafting the helmet. I didn't get a res but I used 1 alt for t2 life and 1 aug for t2 sup. Regal got t3 eva/stun rec. Its usable xD

Are divergent alternative quality gems gone in 3.23? It seems the only option is the new transfigured flicker strike of power, should we just stick to the base flicker strike gem?

I have an question about this build. Before i re-speced after leveling i was insta killing white and blue mobs. But it took longer to kill yellows and unique mobs. Now after re-specing it takes longer to kill white and blue mobs but I kill yellows and uniques faster. What could cause this? im currently lvl77
