I'm a metastatic survivor and I love that this story was hopeful and inspiring and not depressing. Women are living full lives with MBC so thanks for showing that.

Im a survivor. Diagnosed at 31, now 34. So blessed to catch it early. I was stage 1A. I would be terrified of stage 4. Bless these women.

My daughter-in-law is currently receiving chemotherapy for stage 3 breast cancer. She has a son who just turned 4. Because I mentioned to her that my sister was getting a breast biopsy to rule out cancer, she decided to do a breast self-examination and she felt a lump. She then made an appointment with her doctor.

We need to push for more investment into metastatic breast cancer. Not enough has been done to stop sonmany women dying from it.

What about the women who test positive for the BRA1 gene who NEVER TESTED POSITIVE FOR CANCER, yet they choose to undergo elective surgery for a double-mastectomy? It's insane!!!!
