Tips for putting on your wetsuit
- Remove any jewellery / watch
- Use a lubricant or put your feet in carrier bags - the bottom of the legs should sit just above where your socks finish
- Once your legs are in, work the neoprene up over your hips, pull it up as high as you can before putting your arms in
- For your arms do the same as for your feet - wrist should finish at your watch line
- Adjust any excess neoprene
