Beliefs are like clouds, thoughts like rain. The problem is most of us are low grounded and we are mostly able to see only rain, and we don't even know there is a cloud.. This analogy came to me recently.

Hi Leo!

I am a former Heroin addict that has been given another chance at life. I started with those self videos you mentioned just 3 days ago. I understood the message in this video because it explains what I have been experiencing.

Social conditioning comes to mind, and to be able to rise above that feels incredible. Looking forward to everything you have to offer, because now that I am Heroin free I want to find the truth to everything by doing it myself. Not from a computer, or tv or a word of mouth.

I hope that more people understand the message here.

Growing up my mother use to say this a lot to me that the "world is a cruel place. ever one is bad.". and it became a belief in me. I am 24 and i realised this. because of this belief. its hard to get close to someone. I always feel like i am about to get attacked, someone bad will happen to me when i got out side. another belief i heard listening from guys how girls treated them and how girls really are. Because of this belief, it makes me scared of girls and i am afraid to get emotionally hurt.

Belief hold us so much back. I realised this. It doesnt let it see the actaul reality and doesnt let you open. At this point i am having so much hard time to get over this belief.
