How to cultivate tranquility: the meditation “hack” that changed my practice

This video explores a simple yet powerful meditation “hack” to cultivate tranquility in your practice and life. Cultivating tranquility creates a positive feedback loop, it feels good so you get more focused into the practice and then it feels even better... and so on.
This practice is perfect for beginner but can enhance any meditation practice, and is a great strategy for dealing with stress or anxiety. It's a form of metta or loving-kindness practice, but can be combined with various other styles of practices, like focusing on the breath, or open awareness, or even an inquiry style of practice.
This strategy is a foundational aspect of Tranquil Wisdom Insight Meditation (TWIM). You can learn more about TWIM here:
