The supercharge defence is myth
They r giving this update because they also know most of us maxed th16 and maybe th17 update is not fully ready yet so they gave this supercharge myth
I remember when supercell community manager told in interview back in 2022 that we want to engage players for whole month and now it's happening

Clash Dev should have implemented these magic snacks as magic items 2.0
1. Enable instant training for the training portion and reduce portion time, while also adding free Clan Castle donations as part of the feature.
2. Increase the building speed so that more work can be completed within 1 hour.
3. They can provide maximum equipment directly in the hero portion ittself.
4. Increase the lab speed so that more work can be completed within 1 hour. They can combine both the lab portion and the pet portion into a single portion.

Training treat is only for legend league. In 20 min 3 or 4 attacks can be done in normal multiplayer attack. As we find higher or lower ths as well as loot.
