Honestly I see this as a great thing, usually when a game gets a bootleg of itself, you just know that the original had reach a point of great popularity, so yeah, while it is bad, I'm actually quite happy that this happened.

The best games always have imitators. I’m happy to explore how other artists will execute the ideas behind Sky. I hope Sky turns into an entire new genra of games, because it is brilliant!

No matter how many new sky-like game come out - Sky will forever be the original, and I will always be a Sky Kid at heart.

I even thought it was an open world game like Sky that swam around the varios places in ocean, but I was a little disappointed when it was simply an aquarium game and still with advertisements... I'll give it a little chance to see if it evolves game mechanics.
This should be called "Ocean Children of the Aquarium" 😏😏

For the lagginess of the game...its just like sky, you can change the setting for the graphics so it will be less laggy and avoid from looking at the corals since i think its the main reason for the lagginess, its much more smooth when there is just fish on the screen xD i've just played it yesterday when it was out..i hope this help

It's just an aquarium making game. I installed it yesterday while hoping that it's Sky(but in the Ocean. Lol) but was disappointed instead.

Sky is a great game and nobody should be copying it, it is very different from other games and that is one of the great things about it. You shouldn’t be copying a small and new game to make your own, especially one that stands out among other mobile games.

It’s an aquarium idle game, like many others I’ve come across. The only ripped off that I see here is just the clothes. It’s not even an exploration game. Everything else doesn’t seem like anything Sky-like other than the character and cosmetics. This claim gives me Genshin-BotW rip-off disputes flashbacks or Dimetrescu-Reference drama flashbacks. It’s like “NO you can’t have a main character have short hair, a cape, and cream colored clothes NO CAPES so CANCELLED!!1!!11!”
Of course that doesn’t mean what Ocean did is right, but making a drama out of it is pointless. It’s like making a hate-campaign towards some random studio who is ripping off only the design of one character from Lion King but everything else in the story is different. Don’t give them attention they want (or your money). If you don’t want to play the game, then don’t and let it fade away like we have done to many app games like this

Eh, I have the game. And while the similarities are OBVIOUS, they're more aesthetic-wise. You can't even play with the character, they swim around by themself. It's an aquarium in your phone if anything. Someone probably saw the aesthetics of Sky and thought "what if we make a relaxing meditative type of game out of it".

I only played ocean because it looked similar to Sky. But I was very disappointed for these reasons: 1. Unlike sky, you can move around. In this game, you can’t. 2. Your friends are animals whereas in Sky you become friends with REAL people, and interact with them. 2. Both have a similar variety of cosmetics. For example, the manta cape(s) (not sure if there is more than one in Ocean). 3. Similar hairstyles as well. The structure and form are nearly identical to the ones we have in Sky. Like the bob hairstyle from the forest constellation. My thoughts about ocean are that the graphics are beautiful and you can adjust them to your liking. The environment is ethereal too. But that’s about it. If I had to pick I’d say I like Sky better.

For me its definitely not better than sky and is pretty much trying to make a quick buck off of sky but other than that it's a pretty good quality time waster game to play if your bored.
