Ronald Binge 1910 - 1979 British composer and arranger of light music. He arranged many of Mantovani's most famous pieces before composing his own music that included Elizabethan Serenade and Sailing By.
On this video a collection of images depicting the first Elizabethan age reflecting on Tudor times with the characteristic Knot Gardens of that age and elements of old England that attempts to complement the music. A constant flow of evocative music and I expect my enjoyment shows my age. Have a look at Charles Williams, perhaps the Old Clockmaker.
