Ingredients
200 gr fresh beef steak
1 minced red onion
1 fresh egg yolk
1 egg
1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
1 tablespoon mustard
Squeeze of lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoon ‘worcestershire’ sauce
1 teaspoon parsley
Preparation:
1.Clean the raw beef and finely chop it and put it in a bowl.
2.Poor the lemon juice and add an egg. Stir well.
3.Chop capers and add them into the bowl. Add a teaspoon of mustard.
4.Then add the fine minced red onion, 2 tablespoon of ‘worcestershire’ sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, and mix well the ingredients.
5.Serve the tartare with a tablespoon on a wooden plate, and add the egg as the final touch.
