Thanks man, recently I installed the "USB VIBRATION" it serves to make the generic controls of ps2 vibrate. And I did not even notice that this was interfering with GTA. I'm from Brazil, I used google translator just to thank you, I was almost formatting the PC!

THIS METHOD SERVES JUST WHY USES USB VIBRATION DRIVER !!!!

Thx, it's workig for all applications who have mistake with vibration pad (For my parts it was : FB alpha V0.97.243

Exception (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION) thrown. EIP: 0x0000 (attempting to read address Exception occurred in module "EZFRD64.DLL"

you are right, I'm using windows 10 pro x-64, and it's working for me,
but when start playing at some moment i swapped the character and i got a shot in the head and the game is crashed do u know any solution for this

don`t follow this ... removing of some windows file will 100% not fix your bloody game ...no idea what usb has got to do with gta...
