The King is not a regular, “dad”. He’s the King of a country where his first obligation is to the country and its people. Excellent example of this rule was exhibited by Queen Elizabeth from early age to her passing. Harry had enough time to meet his father earlier and chose not to do so. You don’t open yourself up a dangerous monster that has been pursuing you for years.
