The cheapest mechanical keyboard I could find is the Newmen Gm700. It uses optical switches with many different rgb modes and costs only £14 on amazon.

I bought a mechanical keyboard from temu for £7 and it has cyan switches and many RGB options and has a cool black and red design. You can get lots of good things off temu such as mouse pads but make sure to read and look at the reviews because some keyboard description lies and is actually membrane.

Try Petronics mechanical keyboard. In India it’s around 2000 rupees( 40$ Aus) it’s 60% mechanical and 20 different lighting’s. Hope this helped 😃

This keyboard is 20$ but has wireless connectivity option but higround skystone is 135$ and has only wired connectivity option 😂😂😂😢

Get redragon k662. it's under 30 dollars with red switches and wireless and hot swappable. If you don't mind wired then thunderobot k98 which is also under 30 dollars with brown switches.

I got a type C with a knob and light indicators. 75% with red outemu switches. I got it for about $8 I guess. It's 488 Philippine Peso. I got it with a bit of discount but yeah so cheap and worth it. Not wireless and not hotswappable unfortunately but $8!
