The reason why Megumi's are spammers and unskilled is because most of their moves are immediately deadly if you don't block everything perfectly. An example is that when in rabbit escape, they pull out Nue, which you most likely can't dodge because its hard to go from block to side dash. Then they pull out Toad, do M1's and jump you with Divine Dog. And there you have it, you're already at 46% health. One more combo, and you're dead.
