Loved the jumpscare!😂 tip for any salads and extending their life- when you get home open it and put paper towels in the top and bottom of the container. It will soak up the excess moisture and last way longer! Give it a little shake shake shake when you take it out or put it back in a flip it the opposite way to store it. 💚

I was just curious, how do you stay on track with your macros when you were traveling? Do you not track or have you reversed dieted so Your maintenance calories are really high?

I just wanted to know because I travel a lot and it’s really hard to count macros when you traveling. I personally have found that tracking at home consistently and eating mindfully and intuitively while traveling works fairly best for me, but I wanted to hear your thoughts on what you do!❤️
