Abet Laminati HPL Press Line Assembly timelapse

The project goal was to provide a high-pressure laminate production line that would increase productivity and flexibility to Abet Laminati.

The main challenge lied in the flexibility, since the new line should be able to produce both “thin laminates” and “compact laminates” in more than one size. In addition, a customized 4.0 digital tool was also developed in order to enable advanced production control. The high customization of this digital platform was achieved thanks to a strong interconnection with the ERP system.
