You should be physically and mostly mentally strong . K-POP world is not so bright as you think, there is really messed up cases in some music companies.
Mistreatment looks like a joke compared to some disturbing cases in K-POP.

I had a friend who worked with Idols. Legit, jpop and kpop idols around a decade ago (so no BTS or any newer groups). He worked with them on production of a few songs, and hung out with them outside of work.
There are a lot of stories he chooses not to share.
