We have been growing Jerusalem artichokes for 5 years now and we have added 4 more varieties in the last year. It's interesting to see our first proper harvest comparing all 6 varieties we are growing. They are also known as Sunchoke because they are a tuberous sunflower and they come in many shapes and colours.

Please feel to take a look at our selection or even go for the Jerusalem artichoke mega mix.

Hi Martin. Thanks for the video. Any favourite taste wise? Which will grow the smallest (less tendency to lean over with strong winds if left unsupported)?

Hi Martin .

That’s such a good harvest 👏👏👍!

I am very pleased with our JA too ( we only have one variety ) .

Such a easy to grow and productive plant .

My favourite two ways of eating them are raw and fermented ( lactic just with brine and other veggies, red cabbage and beetroot are great for colour too ) .
It’s nice to see all the plants waking up in the spring .

Have a great season !
