Well, I think this is the first I’ve used villains from movies I don’t like (Ratchet and Clank; the villains were the best part about that movie. When Black Birds Fly; this movie is awful and so is the villain, but he’s just so BAD, it’s so good/hilarious)

Chairman Drek: The movie kinda sucked, but Drek was decent enough.
Dr. Nefarious: Like with Drek, the movie stunk, but Nefarious was SUPER entertaining still.
