This method was abit crazy to do without a compass to measure but I got close to it and unfortunately didn’t line up very well without minor adjustments. Also realizing your fitted sleeve needs more ease for comfort if your a bigger person before hand. I will say I always struggled with a sleeve fitting an armhole and this was the simplest way of going about it accurately.

A question regarding the sleeve head height of 11cm. Is this a percentage of the armhole measurement, or is this measurement the same across all sizes ?
