Heroes welcome for Letsile Tebogo and Botswana Olympics team

Botswana filled their national stadium to welcome back sprinter Letsile Tebogo and their Olympics team that won two gold medals in Paris. The celebrations were led by President Mokgweetsi Masisi.

Tebogo beat Noah Lyles in the 200m and also led his team to a silver medal in the 4x400m relay

We walk around with our chests out because you roared like a lion on that track. You upgrading the silver medal that your forerunner, the Great Frankie Fredericks achieved in the 200m at the 1996 Olympics. We started following you as a junior with Mboma them and now you are an olympic champion! Please keep your head down and keep on working hard!
