Mozambique 737-700 Cockpit Sunset into Maputo via Pemba

Nearly a quarter century ago Just Planes went to Mozambique to film the LAM 767-200 & 737-200 and now we return to Maputo to film the airline's current fleet of Boeing 737s and Q-400s.
On the 737-700 we fly the International routes to Johannesburg as well as Dar Es Salaam with a stop in beautiful Pemba and we spend a day on the Q-400 covering domestic routes.

AMAZING TRIP.... IVE NEVER HAD A CHANCE TO FLY THE SECTOR FROM DARESALAM TO MAPUTO....BUT THIS VIDEO AFFORDED ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE IT...BOTH APPROACHES, PEMBA AND MAPUTO ARE FANTASTIC. Just a suggestion, i wish to hear more communication btn the pilot and the ATC from startup to taxi to takeoff to approach to landing. The back to back conversation btn the pilot and ATC, i feel like it is skipped alot.

Never knew that 737NGs can be fitted with the old school green FMC. Is that because this was an old airframe? I have always seen the newer LCD one installed
