Over 200 former Republican's sign letter backing Kamala Harris

Vice-President Kamala Harris is reaching across the aisle with her latest endorsement.

More than 200 staffers for previous Republican lawmakers have signed an open letter, pledging their support for the Democrat to take the country's top seat in the White House.

Acknowledging that they have some fundamental differences, the letter says the alternative is "simply untenable."
