Counterpoint though: Djokovic has some of the best vision on the entire tour. Your opponent, likely, does not. When the ball lands deeper, it's much more difficult to see off the bounce. The shorter ball, even though it goes wider, bounces well in front of the player, making it much easier to see. You're going to get more unforced errors hitting deeper, closer to the baseline, even if it's closer to your opponent, laterally.

Anyone with common sense knows that sharper angles are more deadly. I love Patrick but in this clip he states NOTHING technique wise on how to get the sharper angle.
(It's like telling a 3 point shooter, "just get it in the basket")

Lovely tips. But ppl don't get this abt the big 3 and that is even if they're not the best at something, they make up for it easily. E.g. Federers mental game even if u include chokes is still top 3-4. Djokovics vision even if it's not the best like Fedal, he's still top 3-4. Both of these guys have #2 & #3 fighting spirit despite Nadal being #1. Too complete
