with this submission i come to the point of telling my story through you both and through this music. the events of my life 15 years aGO DEFINED ME FOR A LONG TIME IT RUINED MANY RELATIONSHIPS AND ALMOST COST ME MY LIFE, BUT I WANT TO SAY I AM SO THANKFUL I HELD ON AND DIDNT GIVE INTO THE MONSTERS IN MY HEad that citizen soldier so often mentions in their songs. this song is my final message on the subject not to me but to you both and anyone listening out there thats going through hell.... keep going, dont stop, and dont give in. fight back against the dark and claw your way back into the light. p.s. i agree with suzie sometimes you need a good cry

A lot of the songs from Citizen soldier hit home for me because I struggle more heavily than people realize with depression and those dark thoughts of feeling like everyone else would be better if you were gone and Some people may not realize that depression is a mental illness and people that suffer through it. Other people may not realize just how dark it is inside peoples heads, and I mean dark as in they just feel like they are stuck in the void that they can’t escape from.

thanks for reacting to this great song and your kind words. This week was a bit better, but the past weeks and months where hard and heavy. I struggled with many body porblems, a headache which was getting more and more bad, body nervousness, tummy and heart problems. The docs always said, thats not bad, your blood is not life theatining, but we can't do anything to help. At the end, it where all symtomps of paradox reaction from my antidepressiv medicitiion in with long studies known problems. I am sad, that I trusted my docs and was so mistreated. I quited the medics and now getting better, buts a long way. I took them more then 4 years and had symptoms from the beginng who only got more and more bad. Long hard and...sometimes a bt hopless journay.
