Daylight Saving Time can be a pain, but there’s no denying that later spring sunsets contribute to the joys of leaving winter behind. There’s plenty of evidence that springing forward and falling back is bad for our health, increasing traffic accidents and other hazards. So why don’t we just stick to one standard time? Scientists advocate for a Permanent Standard Times that more accurately mimics our internal clocks.
