#pov :the popular girl tries to bully the nerd again after 2 years but she (the nerd) has changed

I'm a boy but in school I was bullied by multiple girls. The 'popular' girls. They would make fun of me and call me names, because at the time I was very skinny. They would make me feel horrible about myself, to the point where I was going to unalive myself. I was 17 in 11th grade, and was going to jump into the water. (I couldn't swim.) But a few seconds before I jumped, a girl pushed me to the floor. It was a wrestle for who could stop the other, but soon, I broke down into tears. Years of trauma spilling out. She comforted me and turned me into the person that I am today. Her name was Skye, and I later learned that she was skilled in various defensive martial arts, which is why she was stronger than me. Fast forward two years, we're dating and at the same college. Then I saw one of the girls who used to bully me from middle school to high school. It's a hard feeling to describe, but I panicked and walked away. (Found out I had PTSD later.)

But she saw me too, and followed me. Basically she told me to wait and that she was sorry for everything.

I stared at her with a blank, psychotic gaze as I remembered the years of trauma and loneliness. I simply walked to my next class, feeling no emotion.

I can't remember, but I think the class was Math, and I was studying to be an engineer. The girl, whose name was Lisa, was in the same class as me, and the teacher introduced her as a new girl.

So yeah. I wasn't exactly feeling the 'vibe' of that apology, but Lisa seemed sincere. I wasn't ready to forgive her, but I didn't hate her as much anymore.

Fast forward to my last year of college. I found it in my heart to forgive her, since I'd been taking therapy for a while now, so on the last day of college, I went up to her and accepted her apology from years back.

She told me she lived in a horrible house, was molested by her dad, mom had died, her dad had gone to prison, and how she just wanted to fit in. She was broken, and got therapy too, to become a better person. And a better person she became.

Me and my fiance are now both 26, and I'm planning to propose to Skye. I'm a successful engineer, and she's a part time doctor and martial arts teacher.

Lisa works a job and apparently now she has a girlfriend. We keep in touch from time to time and she is now a therapist.

As for the other girls, almost everyone from high school cut ties with them but they have decent jobs too.

I’m a shy kid and I was socially bullied back in elementary school by a girl and she made my entire grade hate me so I made friends with some girls in the grade lower than me but I was still left out a lot. I left to a different school for grade 5 because it was just so bad in grade 4. Then I came back in grade 6 because that school was closer to where I lived anyway. Soon online learning came because of covid so I spent time with my friends who were in grade 5 at the time on zoom and I went on bike rides with them. Soon grade 7 came around and they had new rules. Instead of online learning they split up the playground between grades, so I was completely by myself. Soon I became really depressed and never smiled. In grade 8 I was so sad I hurt myself and started thinking about death. Now I’m in grade 9 and I think about death everyday. :(

I’m gonna be honest I don’t understand why people still get bullied. At my school no one Bullies anyone and everyone is friends with everyone. There are no “popular people” or “nerds” everyone just does what they want. No one gets hates on for being smart and everyone supports everyone. So when I see stories about people getting bullied I just don’t understand at all.

Same but no I used to be not recognized luckily BECUASE I did not draw attention to my self but the bullies would pick on this one person now the bullies challenged me to a arm wrestle and they were surpise LY weak for me so I was popular out of no where now the other person that got bullied we would be friends but people still bullied him at the bus now not at school I stopped that but at the bus we are separate so all I can do is hope he is good

Im so insecure with myself cuz i wear glasses and have pimple too .. and the more i watched shorts that said its ugly the more insecure of myself 😅

Thats why i dont wear glasses when i go to school( although i cant see everything 😂) and always wear masks
