I hope everyone knows a nerd is just another word for smart when I was younger I wore glasses and people called me a nerd but I just told them they were calling me smart and a teacher even stood up for me too she retired I think the year later but she still subs and so I get to see her she just makes me so happy and even tho the boys complain about her because she didn’t like them they only complain cause they were in the wrong that’s why I like this teacher so much so basically what I’m trying to say is to not take the word nerd so harshly cause you’re just being called smart “nerd” should always be taken as a compliment and make sure you have a teacher that will stand up for you and a teacher you feel safe around I promise it just makes school way better
