In 1992 I had a neighbor that fixed up older 911’s. 930 was his favorite at that time. He wanted to teach me how to learn his trade. This was body, electrical and engine (Mechanical) being 16 I turned it down. He was not as famous as Singer, but still brought life into those cars. I one day will have a C2 1980 5dpeed. He was a great guy George R.I.P 2008

My dad bought a 1984 Carrera a year ago, and i've been lucky enough to drive it on multiple occasions. Such a fantastic car to drive, everything is analogue, the steering is manual, the transmission has long throws, and the clutch is springy, but once you learn how to drive it, you get why people put these cars on a pedestal.

Grew up on no mans land, undercover cop going in as a porche mechanic, jacking porches in beverly hills!! Epic car movie. I love that I was born in 78 and got to watch these movies as they were just out on vhs and HBO lol
