We caught up with poker tells expert Joe Navarro after he taught a session at the recent WSOP Academy Main Event Primer to get his thoughts on how people's faces can tell you everything you need to know about them, especially at the poker table.

I am also an expert in non verbal communication. If a guy goes all in and then craps his pants, it is a very accurate sign he is bluffing.

I don't understand why this has Poker Tells in the title. Sure, psychology, body language, and facial tells apply to poker, but there's nothing he says that pertains to poker specifically. I found that a little misleading.

IMO, best tell us the glance a player gives to his chips right after the flop or subsequent card is exposed.
My second fav is when a player will fiddle with his chips after any card reveal. It almost always signals they don’t want to see you bet and a very likely to fold to any bet.

I suck at spotting tells. I play much better online than in live games. Really need to work on it. I've looked at some of Caro's stuff, but I can't seem to spot most of it. I'm a visual learner, so I don't learn well from books. Any good DVD's on the topic besides Caro's old one?

When the body is is under high pressure, the eye pupils constrict. (They get smaller!) This is not CIA stuff, this is Physiology. This is the best way to spot a big bluff poker players. On the other side, dialated pupils (They are bigger) always show comfort and contentment. Remeber these at the table.
