The morning after Hurricane Julio impacted the Hilo side of the Big Island. I awoke to a peaceful morning on the Kona side and headed out for a post sunrise dive at Puako - boat ramp. The waters didn't have the best visibility... but I ended up capturing some unreal moments... amazing little bright blue puffer fish - o' the treasures and joys of the sea
