Congress MP Rahul Gandhi was on Thursday convicted in a 2019 criminal defamation case over his remarks on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s surname and sentenced to two years in jail. The court has also granted him 30 days to appeal the decision.

lawyers on one of the sides are not present
or accussed/complaint is not present
or Judge is not present

Please ask for attendance two days before the court date, if any one of them is not present send an email and phone sms alert to lawyers and both parties(accused/complaint) one day before the court date.

I am ready to pay if there are any extra charges, if court needs money for this to implement, becuase of my mother is long-haul covid survivor, having health issues, fighting for my late father money disputes and check bounce cases.

Its been more than an year she is roaming around the courts, does not even have place to sit.

We are losing hope on India's democracy and judicial system, because the opponent is a politician.
