The Giants defense dead last against the Run in 2011, were 28th overall, and had the leagues worst running game. Eli started the season saying he was " Elite " everyone laughed. He finished with 4, 993 passing yards, which is the second most passing yardage for a QB in a SB winning season. Mahomes just recently broke that record passing for over 5, 000 in a SB winning season, the only QB to do so.

Eli manning is one of the greats. And Tom Coughlin. They were able to dismember the Patriots on both sides of the ball coming into the super bowl as a wildcard. Shows how good Coughlin is as a head coach. Franchises should be reaching out to him for a head couching job.
