I saw one during the afternoon in the spring of 1978. A disc in the sky, dark gray metallic, sitting pefectly still. It up and vanished pretty quickly after a few minutes. It was silent. If I hadn’t been looking up at the sky at the time, I probably would not even have noticed it. It didn’t act man-made, and I don’t think we can make anything that can stay that perfectly still suspended in the sky. I didn’t even know what a UFO was at that time. It was just so much different than the airplanes, jets, helicopters and hot air balloons I am used to seeing. I have even seen large drones.
