DJI do say you can use the RC2, RC-N2 read the "take a closer look" section. They haven't hidden it, its why I ordered one.

Hold on, the fly more combo also contains the charger. You don't want to charge 3 batteries one by one. So taking the base price of £170 + £70 batteries + £30 charger = £270 which only saves you £30 compared to the Fly More combo. Paying £30 extra for the controller is a steal since it's £105 when bought separately. If you really have no use for the controller it's still smarter to buy the Fly More combo and then flog the controller for £75 😅

It’s a gateway drug. At the price point and low barrier of entry you can buy it to use as an autonomous drone. Once you get more demanding in your use of the drone you can use the app or buy a controller. Once you have invested in controllers or FPV googles you can upgrade to a more powerful drone. For most people a grand and learning to fly is quite a barrier for entry it at less than £200 this is a nice start which you can then incrementally add to.

Do you recommand this just for fun and exploring? Its very cheap and i want to use it for bike rides, flying around the neighborhood just for fun, or take it on vacation. Also want to exlore the fpv side but i dont want to spend that much money maybe the fly more combo is enough for me and for flying aroudn the vr geadset is not for me since i hate wearing a vr gaming headset. And its so expesive for the goggels alone maybe later there will be a cheaper options for the goggels. Or will this be a device you buy and have to sell later because you don't use it?

What’s the max range with the rc2 controller and does it have a return home when out of range signal?

Let say we have mini 4 pro and neo at the same time, do we need to rebind every time we want to connect it to RC2? Or we only pair once and next it will connect to which drone is being activated?

I want to get a neo next year but i also want the whole Vr experience on it but over 500 extra dobloons is kinda expensive to spend on a drone that costs about 200 dollars or is there a cheaper alternative?

So i can't use my rcn1 controller that came with the Dji mini 2 to fly the new Dji neo? Eventho they have the same capabilities and look exactly the same on the outside... Let's say i get the rcn2 that came with the neo, then i can't use rcn2 to control mini 2. I just want one controller for them all. Is that too much to ask? 😢

How does the RTH function work if you are flying it without any controller? as i'm sure many people will be flying it like this, so before flight does it give you any indication that the homepoint has been updated?
