I'm *a little* Type A at work (I get pissed if something is out of place, or fix other people's problems just so I don't have to look at it) but I'm home, I'm Type B. Chill, laid back, hanging on the couch most of the time....lol

Obviously everyone has a diverse variety of aspects throughout their lives which can be characterized type A or B, but I don't think anyone is strictly one or the other. That is one huge issue with personality tests. I believe that personalities are fluid and are relative to the circumstance.

I'm a very successful Type B but I'm not driven my ambition and competition, I do well because I'm likeable and easy to work with. People think that you need to be a dog-eat-dog person to make to the top, but you don't, sometimes, the right people just have to like you. Type B's tend to also be very creative big thinkers and in contrast  Type A's are obsessed with details so we end up being better bosses, in my opinion.
