*Works great with **Fastly.Cool**, exactly as described. Love the fact that it can push, pull, or exchange air with the push of a button. The remote is a nice bonus too!*

Another thing to keep in mind when taping up the 4 filter version, alternate the corners so that each side is the width of one filter plus the thickness of one more. Otherwise you'll end up with a rectangle that doesn't quite fit instead of a square. It works great. Another option to consider is to put the cardboard where the bottom of the fan will be so that it can be used with the handle on top sitting blowing sideways instead of up. Good concise video. I should have checked your website before I bought my filters.

At 2:15 shows the arrow for airflow going from the fan exiting thru the filter however the tissue is sucked into the filter. The filter is backwards

awesome. I usually just tape one filter to the back of the box fan but i will try building a bigger one now. I spray each new filter with endust which traps the dust more effectively.

Thanks for the info and Greg Worrel's suggestion. One minor note: At 2:12 or so into the video, it looks like the tissue is being sucked toward the fan, while the recommended airflow would seem to blow it away from the fan.

At what speed are you running the fan?

Can i ask why it wouldnt be better to reverse the flow? I'd like to know the difference in airflow between blowing into the box and pulling through.

Thanks for the video! I made a single filter fan and it works like a champ. A way less expensive option than large air purifiers.

Is this filter good for 1 year or only 3 months before a changing?

If you don't want the air blowing UP can you have the fan draw air DOWN through the filters? Would this change efficiency?

When you installed the fan on the 4-sided version, you don't mention which direction of air flow. I'm assuming the air is blowing upwards.

I have a 12x12x1 filter, it's a MERV 8, It's meant to capture pollen that enters the filter.

_Oh yeah, it's on a hood vent._
