Exporting Reports in PDF format with Oracle Application Express 4.2.2 and the APEX Listener 2.0

Could be any number of reasons. Have you taken a look at your APEX Listener log, any clues in there? Have you made sure to use XSLT 1.0 instead of the default 2.0? Best strategy to debug in my experience is to reduce complexity of the XSL down to a minimum that works, and then add to that baseline.
