We have had a system available for a few weeks, but we are facing a problem. Everything looks exactly the same as in your video, but there is no Collection Run, a 0 is displayed everywhere, although the Data Collection Status is set to Active everywhere and there is daily activity.

Our only difference is that we create the connection via a proxy with host & port

Do you have any idea why the system does not want to start a collection run?
