For people who's Andy wont work you need to enable virtualization. In order to this on Windows 10, go into settings>update and security>recovery>advanced start up. From there, you will go into the troubleshoot option>advanced options>UEFI firmware settings. This will boot you into BIOS from there it will look different depending on what OEM your computer is running on. You'll have to find Intel Virtualization and enable it.
