Your answer should have begun with that Jackson Hole is quite simply the most beautiful place in North America because of how abruptly the stunning Tetons rise out of the flat valley.

No state income tax and other financial incentives bring wealthy individuals and familys here.

The question is why did Jackson get attention from billionaires? I'll tell you why. It is due to the Chicago Fed's annual meeting in Jackson Hole. I don't think the video creator was aware of this.

Jackson Hole is like Vancouver, B.C., it can not grow, which makes it perfect for affordable people. I'm not jelous because they deserve it. I admire succesful people. I do not have poor mentality.

I live in Jackson and can say that houses are way way overpriced and the tourists are crazy but it is so beautiful and worth it.

This literally did not explain “why” the rich people moved there…Space? Tax? Airport? Beauty? Other reasons? Combination?

This is where they have the “freak off parties.”

Jackson is unique in that it not only has great skiing but the most famous national park in the country nearby: Yellowstone.

Even if I had the money, I would be very careful about where I bought. It is not a matter of if, but when, US 191 becomes either I-17 or I-19, so some land will, at some point in the future, fall to eminent domain, so be careful where you buy,

It is a tourist town; traffic is awful in winter and summer.

Jackson is one of the last places on earth I’d live if I had a billion dollars. I work there regularly and is awful.

I live in Teton County. Great place if you like winter.
The wealthy want to live here because Wyoming has no State income tax, is tax friendly in general, and there is a lack of "diversity", and the consequent crime and social strife.
I live on 20 remote acres up against the Idaho border in that western sliver of private land at 3:40.
