What they don't tell you about 'doing what you love'

I believe in continuous improvement in everything I do, which forces me to try and be 1% better, and that slight variety keeps things interesting for me.

However even still, if I do what I do too much, it's easy to fall out of love with it. What's your experience with this?

Very encouraging to hear this. I’m a film student. This is my first semester and I’m realizing just how much I love this and want to create. I feel a need to constantly be working on creative endeavors, but that could very well lead to snuffing out that passion. It’s good to hear to pace yourself and to enjoy things in appropriate amounts

I couldn't agree more with what your saying...
Some people say when U do what U love U won't work a single day ...
And I don't truly agree with that.
Coz there will be a point that it starts to become and feel like a job U must do instead of me wanting to do it.

Ahh it's so hard when you don't have a flexible work. This generally result in either your performance getting lower and chasing the fridays or just burning out and quitting.

Vinh, I have a question what is different between being in-love on your craft and passionate? Is there any difference or both them are equal?

Well, how do you fall in love with what you do in combination with other things you love and having enough money? I need money but i hate people and their ego's at my job. I don't like my job anymore because of the environment. And this is with every job. I want to be happy and earn enough, be authentic and want the freedom to do whatever i want when i want.

I realized early on that I need a break from everything eventually. Even my favorite things. I know I can always come back to it at any time. But I definitely like to mix things up.
