Unable to get access to the batteries, as I need to take them to a local store so that they can check the batteries? When I connected the charging unit to try and charge the batteries there was a bang and that seems to be the end of it! How much is a new charging unit I wonder?

We have tried a lot to get the battery pack off the scooter but it won't move please help

My Apex mobility scooter only takes me 3. Miles. And less. And. Won't. Take me up a bank. It. Was. New. Last year. Very disappointing. Could you please tell me what could be wrong. ?
