I never would have tried it otherwise, and I got the shade 1C Shell, and it's freaking perfect. No fragrance, no settling, no transfer, no caking, no flaking. Perfect. Finally, finally, finally.

I love this foundation and have since I was 25. I’m now almost 44. It looks beautiful in photos and covers any imperfections. You almost don’t even need the concealer. I’ve tried lots of foundation and I always go back yo my Double Wear. Love it! I apply it with my fingers to get the most full matte coverage and to not waste product.

Estee Lauder Double Wear is my HG! I have normal/dry skin in winter and normal oily in summer. Ulta carries 1C0 cool shell and I mix it with 1C1 cool bone in the winter. 1C1 is my perfect summer shade, but sometimes mix it with 1N1 to add warmth. I use a moisturizing primer and apply with a sponge in winter which helps it not settle into deep set lines. In summer I initially apply with a brush and then smooth with a damp sponge. It wears all day without the need for touch ups. LOVE it!

Best foundation ever, in my opinion. Gives the most flawless finish. I have tried a lot over my life and always go back to this, not every day but it really covers well and is good for my oily skin. It really does stay the same all day. Concealer is also great.

Thanks for doing all these videos on foundation. There are so many and it's hard to know what will work for my skin type and most of the beauty bloggers are all mostly for the 20s or 30something groups.

I looked for that Philosophy foundation and I think it is discontinued. I'm pretty sure it would be the closest match for me too. Ugh. Thanks for your reviews as always. Palies need to help each other!

Your reaction to no pump on the double wear was awesome, I did the SAME thing! Also, I recommend Besame's lipstick in the shade Red Velvet. That one is another one that is perfect for everyone. I also love Wild Orchid.

You look great, but I’ve tried this foundation and can’t make it work. Using now as a concealer to use up. My skin is older, dry. This stuff showed the fine lines and looked cakey . But the color did not oxidize and it really lasted. I just didn’t like the way it looked. But you look great!Thanks again!

i had a hate and love relationship with this foundation, the color match PERFECTLY IS THE ONLY ONE I FOUND SO FAR the coverage great the durability as well, the cons for me? shows my texture :( but anything else amazing, i try it a couple of times ntill i found the trick to use it ... great review btw

Im 45, all pale af, im right there with you in that shade.. I blind bought this today with just a swatch to the wrist and I’m so excited to put it to the test tomorrow. I haven’t scrolled back on your channel but I wonder if youve tried or reviewed the Guerlain Meteorites. I have them on the way and I’m basically sitting at the mailox😂
