Am Byamukama Eric, I have a descripancy in years between my national ID and Nssf card.Is it possible to harmonise the two?

I need to know when i travel abroad and i get registered with that country's nssf does my money come to ugandan account or it stays in that country and how will i get or benefit if my working period is done and am back in my country if stays in that country's account.

Thank you for the safe custody of our savings
According to the minister we are supposed to get 11.5% of the balance we had by 1st July 2024. But I was given 10.813%,
Was it changed after the minister went off air and we were not informed?
