The holy trinity of the p1, 918 and the laferarri sparked some deals to be made. during top gear Jeremy said he would change his name if the p1 was the fastest but during the races in the grand tour this was forgotten and the deal was then the house being destroyed.

For those whining about why he didn’t change his name. There are 2 reason:
1) the deal was the cars would go around the Top Gear track
2) When the three left BBC for Amazon, the deal that the BBC made was that there could be no element of The Grand Tour that was featured as an element or material on Top Gear, hence why they didn’t have 1 star doing a lap or any Walls to debate with. And because this deal was made on Top Gear, it was technically null and void.
Hence why they made a new deal about destroying Jeremy’s house.

From what I heard, Jennifer actually got the last laugh on the house demolition thing, though he made a good show of it. He was planning to demolish the house anyway, and tricked his colleagues into doing it for free.

The thing is that the mcclarren and Porsche weren’t raced around the Top Gear track while Clarkson, Hammond, and May were the Hosts, so the Jennifer deal kind of disappeared by default

Those that don't know, there was some deal where Jeremy's house was supposed to be demolished. Something about his impending divorce? But Jeremy's face -- even if he was pretending, which he probably was -- is still fantastic.
