How To Fix ELDEN RING Easy Anti Cheat (EAC) White Screen Crash on PC,Fix ELDEN RING Crashing white screen on startup
Step 1) Restart PC
Step 2) Uninstall Epic Games Launcher/Update Epic Games Launcher/Uninstall & Reinstall latest version of Epic games launcher
Step 2) Laptop users with dual graphics card- Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 3) Desktop Users: Connect the display cable to the dedicated graphics card instead of integrated card (motherboard slot)
Step 4) Do a clean installation of graphics driver
Step 5) Unplug all the USB devices
Step 6) Update your Windows
Step 7) Disable Steam Overlay, close all the overclocking application
Step 9) Install Visual C++ Files
Step 10) Verify the game files
Step 11) Perform Cleanboot

For me the problem was SOLVED after i closed RivaTuner (i deleted it also but not necessary) ! Thank you for the tip !

Ive been trying to launch the game for hours trying every youtube tutorial i could find. I just so happened to download the epics game launcher today and ever since then i couldnt launch the game.

To solve white screen for me it was to:

Uninstalling Epic Launcher works for me, also, In NVIDIA Settings -> (3D Settings) Configure Surround, Physx ->
Physx settings, to the right choose your GPU Processor "NVIDIA Geforce GTX" This worked for me. Thanks for your video.

For anyone with gpu lower than 90 series: ask for a refund
the gpus do not support dx12 - even if you have it, it will not work (i have 750ti), because those gpus support it only partly

If using the PLAZA version:
Click “COPY CONTENTS OF PLAZA DIRECTORY TO INSTALLDIR”
Right click the desktop shortcut and select RUN WITH HIGH-PERFORMANCE
If all that still fails:
Download the latest update for the game from a PLAZA source

If this didn’t help try uninstalling your rivia tuner if you have it this solution worked for me hope it helps you too cause the white screen randomly happened to me after 200+hrs of gameplay without it going white on startup.

Uninstalling epic games launcher worked for me. All ez anti cheat games were crashing for me and this fixed them all for me.

I tell you how i fixed mine. The problem was i had my drivers installed as standard, and not DCH!
You have to upgrade to the latest win10 to install the latest currently 511.xx nvidia drivers. My white screen problem got fixed. The windows version should be something like

I was able to make it work just by uninstalling epic games, my question is why doesn't it let you run the game with epic games I say one thing is epic games and steam is another.
and from the first day I configured the graphic section since I have a RTX 2060 super and it is more than enough to run up to 2k.

Wow, thank you so much! Strangely I have been playing for a few days no issue but I started getting the issue today. Uninstalling Epic worked.
