GS450L Possible Leaking Intake Valves

This is a view inside the intake port on my '81 Suzuki GS450L that's been having some trouble running smoothly. This bike sat for an unknown amount of time before I bought it. Compression is 150+ psi on both cylinders.

UPDATE: Most of the issues were resolved by...replacing the spark plugs. Always test spark with the plugs you have in the engine, not a different pair.
