Considering they were in a grocery bag, any cop walking through could've helped themselves to a vampire slushie... At least that would make sense as to why she only tested from one cup.

Morbid? Yes! But I'm Canadian and we eat ice cream and slushie drinks etc in minus 40, so if I saw a grocery bag of what looked like an icee I may have asked if they were all called for!
